If you would like to make this here you go. The creamy philadelphia icing is gorgeous! Although I do think I put too much flour into the base so be careful not to do the same! I think the Carnation site has the best baking recipes ever because most of the recipes contain condensed milk which makes sweet stuff taste great :)
